A well experienced professional by serving 7 years of corporate and life with renowned companies like Dale Carnegie (USA) Kuwait and Deloitte & Touch UAE. Her profound passion towards music and arts had lead her to take up Kalabhavan UAE heap of ashes. She believes to fulfil the mission and vision dreamt by Dr. Fr. Abel.
She is an active member of Wen - Women Entrepreneur Network Kerala, India.
Eli’s Learning, the name originates from the founder's name "Elizabeth Joseph". With the mantra of one dream one team and after leading Kalabhavan UAE since 2015 and taking it to apex of success, Elizabeth Joseph dreams of building new spectrum into music, art, performing arts, communication skill, language training, sports etc. across the world. It wishes to establish academies all over the world which shall be driven by strong values of best service, spirit, passion, respect, innovation, perfection and cultural affiliation with the dream of franchising out on International & National level from 2025.

About Kalabhavan
Dr. Fr. Abel
Founder of Kalabhavan
In the Kerala Catholic Church Dr. Fr. Abel, CMI, was a towering figure, having crafted much of its liturgy, including its songs, when the liturgical language was changed to Malayalam from Syrian. But in the state’s secular world, Dr. Fr. Abel had an equally impressive life, having created this art abode, Kalabhavan that nurtures thousands of talents every year. Dr. Fr. Abel was originally an academician, having done his doctorate in Journalism & Politics from Rome International University, and having taught at Devagiri College, Kozhikode. But nothing could silence the humming within.
Looking back, Kalabhavan’s success can largely be attributed to two philosophies that
Dr. Fr. Abel taught and lived. Love art and serve art lovers, without any considerations like caste, creed, rich, or poor. He also effortlessly demolished the caste identification of art forms like Mohiniyattom, Kathakali and Bharata Natyam, encouraging artistes from all communities to learn and master the art forms. Fr. Abel's panacea for organising children and youth and his credo – "catch them young" – helped him establish the concept of Kalabhavan. Hundreds of children fine-tune their skills in over 20 literary fields at Kalabhavan..
